FAQ
Q1: Regarding the samples.
A1:1. Free samples are available when stock is available, but freight collect samples can be received within 3-5 days.
2. If we do not have stock samples, the sample-making cost is about 100usd to 200usd normally, which can be refunded when a mass order is placed.Q2: Regarding the ODM/OEM service.
A2:Paragon provides professional ODM/OEM service, which is our main business type; with our professional design team, we can develop the required product from initial concept sketches to final production items. The process can include 3D images, rapid prototype mock-ups, full technical drawings, and first-off production samples. These all help us to bring your ideas to life!
Q3: Regarding the mold customizing time.
A3:Generally, the injection mold developing time is about 50 days, and the cost depends on the products. Blowing molding takes 15 days, and the cost can be refunded if the first order reaches 40,000pcs.
Q4: Regarding the mass production leadtime.
A4:Our production time is always 10-25 days after the pre-production sample is confirmed.
Q5: Regarding the packing method.
A5:We provide standard export carton packing to make sure safe delivery. We also accept the special packing method according to customers’ design.
Q6: Regarding the payment.
A6:We accept payment as follows:
1. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery
2. 30% T/T deposit, the balance L/C
3. 100% TT in advance
4. Western Union
5. PayPal for small amounts of paymentQ7: Regarding the quality control.
A7:We will make samples before mass production and test them. After the samples are approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then doing a random inspection before packing, and taking pictures afterward.
